The congregation prides itself on being ‘the Church in the Village’ and, as such, endeavours to fully participate in the life of the district as well as encouraging the use of our premises by many community groups.
 

As a parish, we value the place of older people in our midst and we extend a ministry of care to those in local rest homes.

We financially support Presbyterian Support Rest Home Chaplaincy and offer services of worship at a local retirement village together with other local churches.

We are active in the life of Wellington Presbytery and in

the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand.
